A dose of prayer

A dose of prayer, a tablet of support, and an injection of positive energy keep me on the road to recovery

Remaining healthy in a holistic manner is something I actively seek. I take great care of the health of my body, mind, and spirit.

With my holistically healthy attitude I am able to fully enjoy my vibrant life in all that I do. My life's experiences are more positive with the tools that I use to ensure my complete holistic health.

I take the time to meditate and pray regularly to edify my spirit and create a healthy soul. When I talk to my higher power through prayer and listen through meditation, my spiritual health blossoms.

I take the time to support my body through eating the right foods and getting exercise. Supporting my body ensures that it will be strong and support my mind and spirit for all of my life.

I strengthen my mind with positive thoughts and energy. I exercise my mind by learning and this helps keep me sharp. My entire being is healthier with my prayer, support and positive energy.

Today I will continue to travel this road to holistic recovery by using the tools I have to strengthen my entire being. I will edify my spirit, fortify my body and clarify my mind to ensure a holistically healthy me.

I am where I want to be in life

I have realistic expectations of myself and I let go of the idea that I must be perfect and have all my dreams at once.

It is good to have clear goals – and it is good to know what I want out of life and know how I plan to get there. But all I really have is the present. I let go of the tendency to trample on this moment, to devalue the beauty of now in my pursuit of someday.

Because of the power of momentum, I strive to learn how to slow down in my constant quest for more in order to acknowledge the beauty and value of where I am.

As long as I am continually growing and moving forward, I am content. I let go of the idea that my happiness hinges on getting everything I want. I strive to be my best and I let that be enough.

As I let go of the idea that I can control the future, I find myself opening up to a new level of richness and beauty that is only available to those who slow down and recognize the value of this moment.
