I joyfully treasure each moment

I joyfully treasure each moment with my family

I joyfully treasure each moment with my family because they are the source of my greatest strength and joy. While we certainly have moments when we disagree, we are each other's foundation. No matter where we go in life or what we end up doing, we will always have each other.

We are like a child's paddle ball. Our time together infuses us with the energy we need to go out into the world, but the bonds that connect us draw us back, again and again, to renew ourselves for yet another foray.

My family knows me better than anyone else, and they love me for who I am. They may disagree with me from time to time. Sometimes they are even quite vocal about their disagreements! But I know that they will always be there for me and that I don't have to prove anything to them to warrant their love and affection.

My family members are my forever friends. I have other friends, of course, and treasure them for a variety of reasons. But I cherish my family most of all and invest the bulk of my attention and energy in them. Friends and peers come and go, changing with the seasons of life, but family is forever.

Remaining healthy in a holistic manner is something I actively seek. I take great care of the health of my body, mind, and spirit.

With my holistically healthy attitude I am able to fully enjoy my vibrant life in all that I do. My life's experiences are more positive with the tools that I use to ensure my complete holistic health.

I take the time to meditate and pray regularly to edify my spirit and create a healthy soul. When I talk to my higher power through prayer and listen through meditation, my spiritual health blossoms.

I take the time to support my body through eating the right foods and getting exercise. Supporting my body ensures that it will be strong and support my mind and spirit for all of my life.

I strengthen my mind with positive thoughts and energy. I exercise my mind by learning and this helps keep me sharp. My entire being is healthier with my prayer, support and positive energy.

Today I will continue to travel this road to holistic recovery by using the tools I have to strengthen my entire being. I will edify my spirit, fortify my body and clarify my mind to ensure a holistically healthy me.
